We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be new, unworn, unused, and unwashed

• Original packaging and shoe box must be intact

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Worn or used items

• Items with damage, stains, or odors

• Final Sale items

Refunds are processed after inspection and typically take 5–10 business days to return to the original payment method.
